Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution. jelebet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. jelebet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes of approval.
